Teddy Swims Is Bringing The UGLY Tour To Birmingham – And He’s Added A Second Night

One of the most distinctive voices in modern music is heading back to Birmingham – and one night simply wasn’t enough. Teddy Swims will bring his huge UGLY Tour to Utilita Arena Birmingham for two nights in April 2027.

Birmingham music fans have another major date – or rather, two dates – to put firmly in the diary.

GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter Teddy Swims will take over Utilita Arena Birmingham on Sunday 4 and Monday 5 April 2027, as part of his biggest UK headline arena tour to date. The additional Birmingham show was added following high demand, giving Midlands fans another opportunity to see one of music’s most compelling live performers.

From viral sensation to arena superstar

It’s been quite a journey for the Georgia-born singer, whose unmistakable combination of soul, pop, R&B and rock has turned him into an international star.

Teddy – real name Jaten Dimsdale – built an enormous online following with his covers before his own material propelled him into another league. His rich, gravel-edged voice and intensely personal performances have since become his trademark.

And then came Lose Control.

The emotional powerhouse became the song that introduced Teddy Swims to an even bigger global audience, but anyone expecting his career to be defined by a single hit has been proved spectacularly wrong.

Recent singles including Mr. Know It All and Break Up In Reverse have continued his momentum, while a huge run of festival and outdoor appearances has included the Isle of Wight Festival, Mad Cool, Rock Werchter and Lollapalooza Berlin.

Now comes The UGLY Tour, his biggest UK headline arena tour yet.

Two huge Birmingham nights

There’s something about Teddy Swims’ music that feels tailor-made for a packed arena.

Big songs, bigger vocals and the sort of emotional connection that can turn thousands of strangers into one enormous choir should make these Birmingham shows particularly special.

Both performances are scheduled for 7.30pm, with doors opening at 6.30pm. Tickets through the venue are advertised from £30 plus fees, subject to availability.

The Sunday 4th April date is already showing low availability through Ticketmaster, so anyone hoping to be there may not want to leave booking too long.
